Bring a clearer financial view to client advice.

Add custom dashboards to your firm’s reporting or fractional CFO service. Compare client entities, review cash and performance, and bring the supporting detail into your advisory conversations. Your firm retains the client relationship and advice.

  • Updates from connected accounting systems, at an agreed refresh frequency.
  • Views across entities, with account mapping and access permissions agreed before implementation.
  • Budget variances and commentary where included in your scope.

Custom dashboard implementation and ongoing support are quoted by scope. Refresh frequency depends on source systems and integrations. Group consolidation and intercompany eliminations require a separate agreed scope.

A few practical
questions.

The details belong in a clear engagement scope.

Can we use accounting support without automation?

Yes. Part-time and full-time assigned accountants remain available for an agreed role, workload and schedule.

Can you work with our existing team and systems?

We start with your current process and responsibility boundaries. System access and integration feasibility are confirmed before committing to a workflow.

Who owns the client relationship?

Your firm retains its brand, client relationship and advisory decisions. We agree communication, preparation, review and approval responsibilities before kickoff.

How are fees and additional work handled?

We quote the agreed scope and included accountant support. Setup, cleanup, third-party software and custom development are identified separately. Additional accountant work requires advance approval.

How do you handle AI review and client data?

We agree permitted data use, access, providers and review points before implementation. Accountants handle exceptions and judgment. Specific data-handling commitments depend on the verified setup and your requirements.

Can you close the books by the 5th?

We can agree a close-by-the-5th objective where the recurring scope supports it and complete records and answers arrive by the agreed cutoff. Historical cleanup has a separate scope and timeline.

Bring one client file
or one recurring problem.

We’ll discuss where accounting support or automation could fit.
